Killer Peanut Sauce

Combine in small food processor & blend until smooth:

Juice of ½ a lime (~2 Tbl)

1 Tbl soy sauce (gluten free if necessary)

1 Tbl rice vinegar

2 Tbl canned coconut milk

2 Tbl brown sugar

2 Tbl honey

generous teaspoon sriracha

1/3 cup peanut butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

½-1” chunk fresh ginger, peeled

salt to taste, if desired

Makes just shy of 1 cup, 7-8 servings.
