No bake Bars
Ingredients
1 cup honey
½ cup wheat germ or oat bran
1 cup mini chocolate chips
½ cup grape nuts cereal
½ cup chopped walnuts
2 cups quick oats
1 cup smooth peanut butter
2 ½ ounces plain whey protein powder*
1 cup golden raisins (or dried berry)
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Spread on parchment lined 9x12” cookie sheet and chill to set. Cut into 24 bars. These can be wrapped in saran or parchment, placed in a ziplock and frozen. They are soft enough to eat within minutes of being pulled from freezer.
