Honey Wheat Bread
1 cup + 1 Tablespoon water
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon molasses
3 Tablespoons honey
1 3/4 cups white flour
I.e. Kirkland Organic All Purpose
1 cup whole wheat flour
I.e. Bob’s Red Mill Organic Whole Wheat
1 heaping Tablespoon powdered milk
1 scant Tablespoon of gluten flour
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tsp active dry yeast
In the order listed, put ingredients* into bread machine dough cycle (~ 1½ hours).
*You can interchange the flours depending how white/wheat you want your bread
When dough cycle is done, knead it and shape it into a loaf.
Put in pan prepped with non-stick cooking spray, let rise ½ hour (until just over the pan) OR cover/let rise in the fridge for a couple hrs or overnight & bake later.
Bake at 325 for 30 mins… until golden brown and sounds slightly hollow when knocked on. Once done baking, tip out of bread pan and cool on rack.
