Honey Wheat Bread

1 cup + 1 Tablespoon water

2 Tablespoons olive oil

1 Tablespoon molasses

3 Tablespoons honey

1 3/4 cups white flour 

   I.e. Kirkland Organic All Purpose

1 cup whole wheat flour 

    I.e. Bob’s Red Mill Organic Whole Wheat

1 heaping Tablespoon powdered milk

1 scant Tablespoon of gluten flour

1 teaspoon of salt

2 tsp active dry yeast

  1. In the order listed, put ingredients* into bread machine dough cycle (~ 1½ hours). 

    *You can interchange the flours depending how white/wheat you want your bread

  2. When dough cycle is done, knead it and shape it into a loaf.  

  3. Put in pan prepped with non-stick cooking spray, let rise ½ hour (until just over the pan) OR cover/let rise in the fridge for a couple hrs or overnight & bake later. 

  4. Bake at 325 for 30 mins… until golden brown and sounds slightly hollow when knocked on. Once done baking, tip out of bread pan and cool on rack.
