Blend: 

¾ cup milk or chocolate milk

1 medium frozen banana

4-6 oz Nancy’s Greek Yogurt* 

or ½ scoop whey protein powder

2 Tbl peanut butter

Dash of cinnamon, optional 

+/- ice cubes
