1 orange, peeled & quartered

1 cup frozen mango chunks

¼ - ⅓ cup Nancy’s Vanilla or Greek yogurt*

1 peeled carrot, halved

1 date

Nub gingerroot, peeled

¼ cup pumpkin seeds

Water (to desired consistency)
