2 sheets Joseph’s Flax Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Lavash Bread

½ cup pizza sauce

4 oz cherry/bite-size fresh mozzarella balls, drained

1 ½ cups halved yellow, orange & red cherry tomatoes

1 cup fresh basil, chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spray two cookie sheets with cooking spray (or line with parchment paper).

Start building your pizzas by spreading each with a ¼ cup pizza sauce then divide remaining toppings between the two flatbreads (2 oz fresh mozzarella, ¾ cup halved tomatoes & ½ cup chopped basil per pizza).

Pop the pizzas in preheated oven until the cheese melts (~ 5-10 minutes, watch closely so the Lavash doesn’t burn!). Makes 2 generous servings.

*Tip:  Try Trader Joes Organic “no salt added” Marinara in place of pizza sauce for a lower sodium option.
